We organize an annual gas safety check for all gas pipelines, equipment and flue ducts that the board has and has provided for. The gas safety regulation is free and only takes around 45 minutes. Safety checks help us to ensure that everything works properly and that there is no risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
We do not verify the gas appliances that you own. For example, if you have your own gas stove, you are responsible for the maintenance and checking thereof. After verification, you will receive a copy of the landlord’s gas safety report from the contractor, showing all the verification performed.
